We find out the seller's motivation for selling, additional property facts, and potential competitive interest in the property. Then we present this information to the buyer and suggest offer price and terms. We stay in close contact with the listing agent and/or seller during the negotiation process to ensure that our buyer's offer is accepted or receives a counteroffer. If our buyer receives a counteroffer, then we gather more information from the listing agent and/or seller to ensure acceptance.
