Open Home Valuation

Finding the right price for your home is a critical first step in the listing process. To do that we preform a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA, comparing your home to other similar homes nearby that have recently sold.


Listing & Promotion

After we've come up with a listing price its time to let people know. A sign in the yard is okay, but we want to do more. That's why at All City we utilize number of time tested techniques as well as new and innovative methods to market your home.


Closing Offers

Our agents will assist you in fielding offers, presenting counters and any other negotiations during closing. Rest assured this is where working with an All City agent brings you the greatest benefit. Our Agents work hard and specialize in getting the best deal for you.
